Fraternal Order of Eagles - FOE.
Brass badge / medal with a red, white and blue patriotic ribbon.
5 inches long, 2 inches wide.
The ribbon is stamped Thirty-Fifth Annual Convention Fraternal Order of Eagles June, 1941 Rochester N.Y.
There is a blank name paper inside the pin.
It has Rochester, N.Y. in large print on the pin.
FOE in red, white and blue enamel and an eagle are on the fob.
The fob and pin are marked with Bastien Bros. Co. Rochester N.Y. and MPB

In nice shape for it's age, there is some light tarnish, wear and scratches, and the ribbon has darkened with age.  There is no missing enamel.
The pin is firmly attached to the badge.
