The SGE INFINITY Tactical/Military Gas Mask w/Integrated Drinking/Hydration System (enables drinking/hydration in toxic/contaminated environments) has multi-purpose applications.
The following are the characteristics of the SGE INFINITY:
Produced under strict ISO 9002 quality standards for maximum reliability & safety. When used with NBC rated filters, this mask is certified by the manufacturer to provide NBC protection.

What is Potassium Iodide and how does it work?
Radioactive Iodine (radioiodine) is produced in nuclear explosions and comes down in
fallout. If inhaled or ingested, it resides in the thyroid gland increasing a risk of cancer.
Potassium Iodide harmlessly saturates the thyroid, blocking absorption of radioiodine.
