    Brass colored with a slot for a ribbon on the top
    The front has on the top “Viribus Unitas (with a united front) under a crown
    Kaiser Wilhelm and Franz Josef reliefs with the German and Austrian coat of arms on each side
    Under this the date 1914
    Then 2 soldiers shaking hands over the legend “United Vereingt Egyesuive”
    The reverse has stamped on it “Erinnerung an den Welt Kreig 1914 – 1915”
    The Medallion measures approximately 1.75 X 1.5 inches
