CAPABLANCA PABLANCA CONCENTRIC CHESS BOARD CORNWALL WOOD MAINE DIPLOMAT CHESS

This auction is for a CAPABLANCA/PABLANCA concentric chess board.
The only name I could find for this type of chess game was diplomat chess, and have no idea how it's played.
This board would make for an interesting chess game, or just a great conversation piece.
My research shows it was from the early 1970's, and the board is in good shape, for being about 50 years old.(See Photos)
Back of board is a marked CORNWALL WOOD PRODUCTS, SO. PARIS, MAINE.
Board measures: Approx. 20'' IN DIAMETER, AND 1''  THICK, and weighs about 7 pounds.
