    Offered here is a Fraternal Order of Eagles "New Member Quota" fob, apparently presented to the recruiter of One New Member.  The exact inscription says, "In Recognition of Having Secured Your Quota of One New Member----Finder Please Return Keys to Secretary of the Fraternal Order Of Eagles".  The Eagle on the other side, the letters F. O. E. and Liberty, Truth, Justice, Equality.
