Machined Graphite plate with 1/16" wide slots cut across the 6" width and additional 1/16" wide slots cut on 60 degree angles forming triangles. (I hope that makes sense)?
If you’re looking for a plate to assist you in lining up thin rods of glass to be picked up in an even pattern, or a plate to pick up a unique pattern here's the tool for you.
Please note that some of the triangles snapped off during the machining process, but it should not interfere with the use of the plate unless you intend to simply pickup the pattern from the plate. Also please note our return policy, if you are not completely satisfied.
I am allowing each machinist to take the liberty of engraving their initials, signature or symbols on the side (non-functional part of the mold). Our people take great pride in their work and our normal machining jobs don't allow that to take place.  But they are true crafts people at what they do and when you see the quality of their work I'm sure you will agree.  If you have any comments for individual machinist initials, please pass them on to me to give to them.
