McVicker and Son Bushkill salmon fly fishing reel; incredible collectable reel

Description

From 1948 to early 1950's McVicker and Son built these wonderful salmon fly fishing reels.  This one is used, but well cared for.  The reels were engineered to a much higher level than most of the contemporary reels, using materials refined during WWII manufacturing.
This reel looks equally great on your rod or displayed on your wall.  When not displayed it has done it's duty on one of my spey rods.
