Same Day Shipping
You must contact us before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time with your same day shipping request.
There will be a 10% (Minimum 0)
rush fee for all same day shipments.
Same Day Shipping is not available on Freight Items or International Shipments.
Same Day Shipping may not be available due to demand or high shipping volume.
Packages
A contact name, valid phone number, company name, and street address are required for all shipments. (We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.)
All shipped items will include a tracking number and insured for the auction purchase price.
All international shipments will be shipped via FedEx unless you provide your own DHL or UPS shipping information. We do not ship via USPS.
We can ship items on your account. Please provide us with your FedEx, DHL or UPS shipping account number.
Freight
A contact name, valid phone number, company name, and street address are required for all shipments. (We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.)
Due to the sensitivity of the equipment, freight shipments will be shipped via Air-ride (door to door) and insured for the full purchase price.
You will be notified within 1-3 business days after purchase for shipping charges and dimensions before an invoice can be sent.
Please let us know if you require home freight delivery or if a lift-gate as additional fees will apply.
Pallet, crating and/or barrier bags fees may apply when required for shipment.
You are welcome to arrange your own freight shipment, we will provide you with dimensions of the freight; however, we do require that the shipment be air-ride and carry Declared Value insurance. Please contact us
to arrange a collect freight shipment.
AS-IS Sales are not required to use Air-Ride.
International Shipments
These products are subject to export restrictions under U.S. law. The Bureaus of U.S. Census and the
Bureau of Industry and Security
(BIS) regulate exports through the
Export Administration Regulations
(EAR). We DO NOT any sell items to any locations in Country Group E. Please be aware that we may require up to 30 Days to determine the products export classifications [Export Control Classification Number (ECCN)] and in the unlikely event that an export license is required, we would need an additional 30-90 Days for licensing.
In order to comply with export control laws established by the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of State, we require a written statement defining the ultimate End User, the End Use of each product to be exported and the buyers agreement to comply with the
Export Administration Regulations
(EAR). You will be contacted via email with the appropriate documents that will need to be returned to us in order to complete your order, please be advised that we cannot complete your order if you do not provide all of the data requirements.
International Orders are subject to
DUTIES, TAXES or other Import Fees;
the bidder/buyer[s] is solely responsible for these fees, documents and transportation if held at a customs office in the destination country. In the event that you have questions about international shipping logistics please contact us before purchase.

If an item is not pictured, or mentioned above, then it is not included in the sale. Only items in the description are included with the sale (test equipment, cables, etc are not included unless specifically listed).
We often have multiples of the same part so the item pictured may not be the item shipped but any variances (i.e Serial Number, revision, colors) that do not affect the operation of the item will be listed in the description.
Payment
Payments are expected in a timely manner. Please contact us in the event that payment cannot be made within seven days as payment arrangements can be made.
We accept: PayPal, All Major Credit Cards, and Bank Wire Transfers in USD (There is a wire transfer fee).

Warranty
We offer a 90-Day Warranty on this sale
.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 90 days of the auction ending and we refund your purchase price (minus shipping).  All returns must include the original item(s), any shipped accessories (including manuals, forms, cables, software, etc), and must be received in its original condition. Items containing software are non-refundable.  A RMA number is required before shipping an item back to ClassOne Surplus.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
