1968 Fraternal Order Eagles 70th International Convention Badge

This is a Visitor badge for the 70th anniversary International Convention in Houston Texas, 1968. This badge was held by the International President Edward J. Leonard with a nice ribbon with 'Visitor' written on it and a hanging eagle labeled with F.O.E. There is a rip through the back plastic where the original pin was removed (image 3) from the plastic badge but the hanging ribbon is still attached with its own pin. This badge is in excellent condition with some light handling wear
