    Kaiser Wilhelm II
    Vintage original pendant with ribbon of who I assume to be Wilhelm II, who was the Kaiser of Germany during World War I. The pendant is flat metal and is about 3.25" tall. There is a black, white, and red ribbon attached but it appears to have torn. I'm not sure if this was made to
    laugh at the Kaiser or not. It is a interesting piece of WWI memorabilia.
