These are German Division and other headquarter markers used to display location of units on maps during deployment.
They are in worn condition, with some of the paint gone the one with red paint suffering almost complete red paint loss. Some very slight warping and 3 bent pins. Paint is fragile with some fading
I will pack these well to prevent paint loss during transport
